Hey—I’m Steven Mathis. Father of 3, founder of Holistic Alpha and leader of Rising Man.

For almost 20 years, I’ve been walking and exploring the path of what it means to live as a powerful, present, aligned man—spiritually, sexually, emotionally, and physically.

Through the Holistic Alpha podcast, I’ve had the honor of reaching men in over 160 countries with more than 2 million downloads since 2019 — sharing raw insights, real tools, actionable wisdom.

I’ve coached hundreds of men 1-on-1 and in groups, helping them reconnect with their sexual energy, rebuild their confidence, reclaim their clarity, and align their lives with their truth.

But I’m not here to pretend I have all the answers.
