"How quickly will you reply when I message you?"

I'll typically review and respond to your messages within 24 hours, 6 days a week. I'll also proactively reach out to you as appropriate to keep you on the path.
"Can I just type instead of using video or voice?"

We use video and voice because they create presence. Typing is easy to hide behind—speaking brings your whole self into the conversation. If writing helps you process, type it first—then speak it. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about showing up.
"Can I cancel anytime?"

Yes, there is no long term commitment and you can cancel anytime. Note that due to the nature of the service there are no refunds, however you can stop whenever you like.
"How does this work to get started?"

Once you sign up, you’ll get an intake form (so I can learn more about you) and NDA (to ensure privacy). Then we’ll connect via Marco Polo and begin our ongoing voice/video connection.
